We are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in organization, quality workmanship, safety, and getting projects completed on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily shop operations, personnel, and project schedules.Oversee fabrication, assembly, quality control, and shipping of custom equipment.Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Field Service departments.Maintain shop safety, OSHA compliance, and employee training.Manage inventory, tooling, equipment, vehicles, and facility maintenance.Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, and freight services.Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Communicate project progress, operational needs, and concerns to company ownership.Ideal CandidateExperience managing a fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment shop.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials.Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with welding, piping, mechanical assembly, and industrial equipment.Knowledge of shop safety practices and OSHA requirements.Ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating personnel and resources.Strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership of shop operations.Join Our TeamWe are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive individual who can lead our shop team while helping Lyons Filter Company continue to grow. xhyhwjd Location: Greeley, ColoradoPosition: Shop ManagerCompany: Lyons Filter CompanyWebsite: candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume outlining their shop management, fabrication, and leadership experience.
