As a Behavior Technician with our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of professionals, learn from their expertise, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
