Senior Marketing Manager, Sustainability Programs

Senior Marketing Manager leading portfolio strategy and market development for medical device reprocessing programs at Stryker. This customer-facing role combines healthcare marketing, commercial strategy, and thought leadership to drive adoption and engagement across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio and market-development strategy focusing on customer adoption and access
- Create customer-facing communications, programs, sales tools, and value propositions for reprocessing program
- Lead strategic initiatives and industry events including CleanMed and Environmental Excellence Awards
- Partner with upstream, downstream, and corporate marketing teams to drive alignment on key priorities
- Build customer journey strategies and develop relationships with healthcare customers and industry thought leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years professional experience
- 7+ years healthcare experience in marketing, sales, or commercial functions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive commercial and market-development strategies independently
- Strong customer-facing experience translating complex programs into compelling value propositions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to develop high-quality content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Compensation: $135,600–$293,700 USD annual (based on pay band; see location-specific ranges)
