The Credit Team:

The Credit team has the purpose of enabling the offer of credit to entrepreneurial people, driving their development through continuous financial education, the offer of accessible and adequate financing solutions to their needs, and proximity throughout the entire credit cycle with the final objective of perenizing their businesses. Our responsibility is to teach our clients to use credit appropriately, delivering the best financial solution and fair prices for each type of need and acquiring a deep knowledge of their transactional and market behavior. Guaranteeing, in this way, a great financial opportunity and the consolidation of Stone's banking products - characterizing as our main lever of growth.

What It Is To Be A Full Software Engineer:

• Act in the planning, execution, and prioritization of complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products;
• Be a reference for decision-making regarding solution details;
• Help the team to solve problems without a well-defined scope and act with cross-area teams, aiming at collaboration between all involved for the project;
• Provide suggestions and raise constructive criticisms, contributing to technical decisions and thus disseminating technical knowledge in the team;
• Define and deliver autonomously technical roadmaps of larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams;

What We Expect From You:

• Software development with C#
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and SOLID;
• Solid knowledge of unit and integration tests;
• Use git naturally and know gitflow;
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization;
• Experience with observability tools such as Elastic Search/Datadog;
• Ability to produce clean and easily maintainable code;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical applications, mainly Kanban and/or Scrum;
• Use of AI in the development process.

What Increases Your Chances:

• Public and private clouds like Azure, and Google Cloud;
• Knowledge of some messaging model, such as: Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka;
• Knowledge of approaches such as: Micro Services, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture;
• Experience with relational and non-relational modeling;
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Azure DevOps;
• Knowledge and interest in the financial market.
