Job Description

The Retail Assistant Manager supports the retail store manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing store operations and staff performance
  • Support visual merchandising and inventory control
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Help implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Train, coach, and motivate retail team members
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports as needed
