Financial Pricing Analyst

Pricing AnalystThis role is responsible for performing pricing analysis and recommendations for a global, blue chip consumer electronics company for the business in Asia and Latin America, supporting Create RFP/RFI submissions, and delivering financial analysis that directly informs pricing, margin, and investment decisions across the business.The position partners closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Product, and Regional Finance teams to ensure analyses are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. This role provides meaningful exposure to senior leadership and plays a key part in pricing decisions and margin management across major customer programs.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPricing Analysis and DevelopmentDevelop and assemble pricing analysis, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across regionsAnalyze and reconcile submissions against historical data and cross-regional inputs to ensure data integrityPartner with U.S., Asia, and Latin America teams to gather, validate, and refine inputsWork closely with the U.S. teams to review, finalize, and submit proposalsCreate Request for Proposals / Information (RFP / RFI)Develop a strong understanding of the Create business and build relationships across Sales, Operations, Estimating, Tooling, Product Development, and PurchasingBuild financial models for new business opportunities, integrating cross-functional inputsProduce accurate, insightful P&Ls to support pricing strategies and investment decisionsTranslate financial analysis into pricing recommendations that balance competitiveness, margin, and riskSupport commercial discussions by clearly articulating financial trade-offs and sensitivitiesEnsure timely and accurate submission of RFPs and RFIsFinancial Analysis & Business PartnershipIdentify and quantify opportunities to improve program profitability, optimize investment, and mitigate business riskPartner with Create and Ready business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisTranslate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations for both finance and non-finance stakeholdersSupport ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadershipEducation, Experience, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or financial analysis in a corporate environmentStrong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience working with ERP systems and large data setsSolid understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing or distribution environmentAbility to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholdersMust be 18 years or olderKey CompetenciesStrong business judgment and commercial mindsetCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilityHigh level of accountability and ownershipAbility to balance detailed analysis with big-picture perspectiveStrong communication and interpersonal skills; effective cross-functional collaboratorResourceful, proactive, and solution-orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentContinuous improvement mindset
