Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized psychiatric treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, adjusting as clinically indicated
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including therapists, social workers, and physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal mental health outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in the state of Ohio
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric/mental health specialty
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio
• Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and psychopharmacology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
