No insurance experience or license is required. We're looking for a dependable, personable team member who is willing to learn and help support our customers and the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Bilingual Vietnamese speakers are strongly encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help with basic office responsibilities and provide friendly support to our customers.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers with basic questions.
• Greeting and helping customers in the office.
• Responding to customer requests and directing questions to the appropriate team member.
• Assisting with routine administrative and insurance office tasks.
• Helping organize and maintain customer records and documents.
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow-up communications.
• Supporting the agency team with day-to-day office needs.
• Learning about insurance products and agency processes.
• Providing a professional, friendly experience to every customer.
