Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new clients, gathering insights into their mental health history and current challenges to devise individualized treatment plans.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Deliver consistent behavioral therapy to help clients develop coping strategies and manage symptoms effectively.

  • Document all client interactions meticulously using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate treatment records.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors support a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. The nature of our remote practice allows us to reach clients from various backgrounds and demographics, offering crucial support to those who may face barriers in accessing traditional mental health services.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

  • Possess a current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
