Family Office Client Services & Reporting Analyst - eMoney

Become a subject‑matter expert on eMoney and serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of all issues. Understand client relationships and ownership structures that contribute to accurate consolidated reporting. Run monthly and quarterly reporting for high‑net‑worth clients, family offices, endowments and foundations. Reconcile accounts in eMoney with the internal performance team. Report on internal and external private investments. Integrate systems and workflows with internal groups. Identify trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. Collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues. Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies. Assist junior team members with inquiries and issues. Qualifications BS/BA degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience in private and alternative investments and eMoney software. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (customizing charts, multi‑sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and advanced formulas). Experience with Addepar, Navigator, First Rate, and Sungard AddVantage is a plus. Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting. In‑depth knowledge of private investments (private equity, venture capital, private real estate) and ability to track and report on them. Ability to analyze monthly performance returns and market‑value changes to ensure accuracy. Working knowledge of performance‑analysis concepts. Ability to identify, elevate, and resolve problems/issues. Willingness to learn and develop subject‑matter expertise on new software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Proactive self‑starter who is goal‑oriented and can adapt within a fast‑paced business environment. Location & Work Arrangement This role can be based in our New York City, Boston, or Philadelphia locations and will be a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Salary Range $75 k–$85 k + annual bonus target. BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The indicated base salary range applies to the locations above and may vary for other locations based on cost of living and labor considerations.
