Job Title: Home Services Supervisor
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $75,000 per year plus performance incentive plan
Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are hiring a full time Home Services Supervisor. You will travel locally to supervise our retail HVAC service technicians, ensure quality control on job sites, and handle customer service inquiries. This role bridges the gap between field execution and branch management, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of residential HVAC technicians.
• Conduct field visits to ensure safety and quality standards are met per manufacturer guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively.
• Complete field documentation and performance reviews via mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Active EPA Universal Certification.
• Previous background in residential HVAC service and repair is strictly required.
• Minimum of 2 years of field leadership or lead technician experience.
