Are you mechanically inclined, skilled at troubleshooting, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced Injection / Blow Molding Setup Technician to join our team in Honeoye, NY!

?? WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Set up tooling and prepare injection and/or blow molding machines for production.

• Adjust machine settings and auxiliary equipment to achieve optimal processing conditions.

• Operate and monitor machines to meet production schedules, quality standards, and shipping deadlines.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, tooling concerns, and product quality issues.

• Perform minor tooling repairs and coordinate necessary equipment maintenance.

• Work closely with the Quality Manager to resolve production issues and maintain product quality.

• Help supervise and support machine operators, maintenance technicians, and material handlers.

• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous injection molding and/or blow molding experience preferred.

• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and process adjustments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Leadership skills and the ability to provide direction to production personnel.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

?? PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to sit, stand, reach, and move throughout the facility.

• Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity.
