Become a part of one of the largest and most esteemed health systems in the country, and discover what it truly means to thrive. Our organization is looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical team and provide care at the Aurora Grafton Medical Center located in Grafton, WI.

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative team of 11 physicians.
• Main office situated in North Milwaukee, featuring a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic.
• Deliveries and surgical procedures conducted at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI, just 20 minutes from our Milwaukee clinic and 10 minutes from our Mequon clinic.
• Level 2 NICU with approximately 1,000 deliveries each year.
• On-call schedule of 1:12.
• Robust support staff including RNs and MAs.
• A highly dedicated and collegial team environment.
• Access to specialists in Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery.
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system.
• Be part of an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing.
• Work in an environment committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
• Annual compensation of $406,000.

Required Qualifications

• Valid medical license in Wisconsin.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
