Expert Designer, Streetwear TCOE Graphic Design, Global Jordan

About the Role This leadership role is responsible for conceptualising narratives across multiple tee collections through Graphic Visual Centres and presentations, working with Product and Design leads to align on construction, development, insights, and presentation gates. The role sits within the Jordan Streetwear TCOE Graphics Team, which explores the intersection of fashion, community, and culture through authentic, narrative-driven graphic design. It reports to the Director of Jordan TCOE Graphics of Jordan Streetwear and partners closely with Design Leadership and designers across Streetwear Apparel, Colour, and Footwear Design, as well as cross-functional leads across Tech Design, Product Management, and Merchandising. The role contributes to a team of graphics designers across various levels, fostering collaboration and encouraging the exploration of new ideas and calculated risks. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise narratives across multiple tee collections through Graphic Visual Centres and presentations. Partner with Product and Design leads to align on construction, development, insights, and presentation gates. Work closely with Apparel Design and Product Management leaders and teammates to shape the future of Jordan Streetwear, including leading brainstorm sessions on creative strategies and reviewing graphics, apparel, and colour designs. Help shape and drive graphic design direction across the Men’s and Women’s Collections across multiple seasons, geographies, and distribution. Create T-shirt graphics that can be translated across apparel, footwear, and accessories. Drive execution of graphic concepts from idea through delivery, championing product integrity, innovation, and performance while overseeing multiple initiatives across timelines and platforms. Develop and apply graphic design strategies that elevate seasonal storytelling, ensuring excellence through strong conceptual thinking, craft, and attention to detail. Manage design presentations and communication, clearly articulating graphic intent and decisions to cross-functional partners, ensuring projects meet creative standards, timelines, and business requirements. Serve as a driver of innovation within the category, identifying opportunities to push graphic expression into new spaces while maintaining alignment with Jordan Streetwear and Jordan Brand principles. Act as a creative partner to internal stakeholders, navigating complexity, incorporating feedback, and balancing creative ambition with operational realities and brand integrity. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years relevant design work experience in a related field. Must submit a creative design portfolio with website links or attached PDF files when applying. Well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate a strong, effective methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem solving, process, and final execution. Expert-level graphic design skills, including ideation, design development, specification, and final execution, with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, brand identity, and visual systems across product and storytelling platforms. Contribution to the initiation, development, and implementation of in-depth research leading to distinct product story-telling. A positive attitude while working on projects with challenging briefs and through ambiguity to successful completion. Experience working across multiple timelines and levels of complexity, effectively prioritising workload across short- and long-range projects while maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail. Demonstrates self-awareness, with the ability to articulate their strengths, opportunities, and takeaways. Well informed and stays connected to sport, cultural, and graphic design trends. Advancing knowledge of product design, including ideation, development, specification, and final execution of designs that balance innovation, performance, and style. High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Creatively agile and adept in innovative thinking, visioning, and problem solving. Expert narrative development and communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver project presentations to senior leadership and external partners. A deep understanding of typography, colour theory, brand identity, and design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Skills BA/BFA in Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training. Familiarity with Rendering/3D design tools is a plus, with curiosity and willingness to learn expected.
