Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation (Every Other Holiday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting as part of a flex pool
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current ICU clinical experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a flex pool or float pool capacity
• Familiarity with critically ill patient populations and advanced monitoring equipment
