Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position in Palos Heights, IL - Full-Time, Clinic-Based

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Palos Heights, IL. This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a highly collaborative clinical team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Job Details Job Title: BCBA Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $112,000 including base salary + bonuses Base Salary: Annual base salary ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 (not including bonuses) Bonus Structure: Monthly billable-based bonus structure of up to an additional $1,000 per month ($12,000 per year) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Setting: Clinic; In-person Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week billable requirement for clinic-based positions Location: Palos Heights, IL BCBA's Job Responsibilities Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data Provide caregiver coaching and parent support Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes What You'll Need Current BCBA certification
