Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. Customer Service : Provide exemplary customer service experiences, addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
