- Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Implement personalized physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functioning
- Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and a diverse rehabilitation team to enhance patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and exercises for home practice
- Ensure meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress, adhering to both facility protocols and regulatory standards
- Take part in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to facilitate cohesive patient care\
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited education program
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Preferred CPR certification
- Specialized certifications (such as in geriatrics or neurology) are welcomed but not mandatory
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred
- Capability to manage patients with intricate medical conditions and mobility challenges
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems is key\
