Assembler Location: Rogers, MNPay: $22-$25 | Contract to Hire Shift Options: 1st Join a Team That Builds What Powers the Digital World

We’re looking for hands-on Assemblers to help build high-performance chiller units used in data centers and custom industrial applications. What You’ll Do

As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in bringing complex equipment to life:

• Build and assemble chiller units using detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Support production by moving materials, packaging finished units, and maintaining workflow
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Participate in cross-training to expand your skills into additional assembly areas

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Basic electrical assembly knowledge (wiring, schematics)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
• Physical ability to stay active throughout the shift

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• HVAC, data center equipment, or industrial manufacturing experience
• Sheet metal fabrication or advanced mechanical assembly (3+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with chiller systems or custom equipment builds
• Interest in long-term career growth and skill development

Schedule

1st Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

(Both shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 10-minute breaks)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
