CNC Machinist

Job TitleWe are hiring for a precision CNC machining company specializing in high-tolerance parts for the semiconductor and firearms industries.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills (primarily Haas and Okuma) for precision machining.Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to meet tight tolerances.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.Work efficiently in a high-mix, low-volume environment, particularly in firearms manufacturing.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.Requirements5+ years of CNC machining experience, specifically in setup and operation of milling machines.Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining best practices.Experience working with Haas and Okuma controls is highly preferred.Ability to work independently.Background in firearms manufacturing is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($25–$30/hr)Overtime pay opportunities (40–50 hours per week)1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift availability with night/weekend shifts availableOpportunity to work in a growing precision machining environmentInterested candidates should apply with their resume and relevant work experience.
