Weekly Pay | Manufacturing Environment | Opportunity for Growth

Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on manufacturing career? We are seeking General Production Workers to join our team assembling quality garage door products in a fast-paced production environment. This position offers a variety of responsibilities including assembly, material handling, packing, and production support.

Pay rate: $16.50/HR plus OT

• Assemble garage door sections by installing bottom seals, end caps, panels, and window components.
• Read and interpret work orders, production documents, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks.
• Measure materials using a tape measure and perform basic math calculations for accurate production.
• Install windows into door panels and use routers to cut panels and install seals.
• Label, inspect, and package finished products according to company standards.

Required qualifications

• 1-3 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.
