About the Role


We are seeking a CT Technologist (CT Tech) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Coos Bay, Oregon. Candidates with less than one year of experience may be considered, although at least one year of CT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately while maintaining safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Operate CT equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
• Follow applicable radiation-safety, patientcare, and imaging quality standards.
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Less Than 1 Year of CT Technologist Experience May Be Considered; At Least 1 Year of CT Experience Preferred.
• Current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) License Required.
• Current ARRT Computed Tomography [ARRT (CT)] Credential Required or Must Be Obtained Within 6 Months.
• Current BLS Certification Required; Graduation From an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program Required.
• Image Wisely and Image Gently Pledge Certificates Required or Must Be Obtained Within 30 Days of Hire; Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

This contract opportunity is well suited for a CT Technologist seeking a full-time imaging assignment with a consistent four-day workweek.
