Job Title: Oracle Developer

Location: NewYork,Newyork

Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and databases. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Optimize and tune Oracle database queries for performance.
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
Ensure database security, integrity, and backup procedures.
Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for all development work.
Support and enhance existing Oracle applications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Oracle development.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database architecture.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX is a plus.
Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle 12c or later.
Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration techniques.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Certification in Oracle technologies is a plus.
