Assistant Store Manager is an integral part of the store management team by developing the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Assumes responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager. Responsibilities Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth. Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards. Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment. Support the leadership team to success. Qualifications 3+ years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training skills. Exhibits discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture. Complies with all Levi's® Store policies, procedures, and programs and follows directives of store management. Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40lbs.) and is able to frequently move, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders. Compensation Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $36.70, varying with experience and qualifications. Location Troutdale, OR, USA.
