Commercial Roofing Service Foreman – Leadership Opportunity
Holland Roofing is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
This is more than a traditional Foreman position. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of projects, lead crews effectively, build strong customer relationships, and operate with the level of responsibility expected of a Superintendent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing service, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to make decisions in the field while representing Holland Roofing professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial roofing service crews
- Diagnose roof leaks and develop effective repair solutions
- Perform roof inspections and preventive maintenance
- Communicate directly with customers regarding service needs and project status
- Document work through reports and photographs
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Maintain Holland Roofing's commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications:
- Commercial roofing service experience required
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing systems, and repair techniques
- Proven leadership experience managing crews
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
