Duties

• Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a high-performing team
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation processes to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and cash handling procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry management experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for daily transactions and reporting
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective managerial communication skills
• Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and operational management
• Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store operations management
• Ability to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in bookkeeping and payroll processing
