Physical Therapist Fremont Therapy Group seeks a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join an outpatient office in Riverton, Wyoming. Candidates will provide one‑on‑one care to orthopedic, sports, and manual‑therapy patients in a supportive team environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $82,000‑$87,000 per year, depending on experience. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (up to 3‑year commitment) and an additional $6,000–$10,000 bonus for 2‑ or 3‑year commitment. Tuition reimbursement: $5,000 per year for up to 3 years. Paid specialty certifications: up to $3,000. Four weeks paid time off for new hires. Continuing education benefit: $3,000. Formal mentorship and onboarding program. Job Responsibilities Provide high‑quality physical‑therapy care to a caseload of approximately 12‑13 patients per 9‑hour day, maintain therapeutic alliances, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Wyoming license or eligibility to obtain it. Orthopedic, exercise, manual, and sports rehabilitation experience. Outgoing, energetic team player.
