At EDENCARE HOME HEALTH AGENCY , we're searching for a passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to enrich our dedicated team. Compensation:$110- $130 hourly
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to determine treatment plans.
- Develop personalized occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their daily living skills.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and exercises to continue therapy at home.
- Regularly reassess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and ensure quality care.
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California.
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
