JOIN THE SAUNA PLACE: BUILD SOMETHING REAL

The Sauna Place is a fast growing luxury sauna and home wellness company. Under new ownership over the last two and a half years, we have tripled sales, expanded our in house brands, and built the foundation for a much larger national business.

We design, build, and sell premium saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, and full wellness spaces, including Cedro Sauna, our custom line crafted in Tennessee.

Now we are opening our flagship Northeast showroom in Fairfield County, and we are hiring the first salesperson who will sell from it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You are not starting from zero. We already have customers, demand, and sales momentum across the Northeast. What we do not have yet is you.

You will sell premium sauna, steam, cold plunge, and custom wellness projects to homeowners, designers, builders, and commercial clients. Some customers will visit the showroom. Most sales happen by phone, video, and email. This is design led, consultative selling: guiding customers through layout, materials, and design decisions, then closing $5,000 to $50,000+ projects with confidence.

This is not order taking. This is not retail. This is a selling role at the front of a national expansion. You will not cold call. Qualified buyers come to us. Your job is to guide them and close them. 

We plan to open more showrooms in the coming years. We are looking for someone who can grow with the business.

We will train you deeply on sauna design, products, and our sales process. You do not need to be a sauna expert on day one. You need to be sharp, hungry, commercial, and excellent with customers.

Our top salespeople each sell as much as $4 million per year of our products. That is the bar, and the commission is uncapped. xhyhwjd

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You can close a serious $20,000+ luxury sale over several conversations without hand holding

You answer leads fast and follow up without being told

You write like a real person, no corporate filler

You have the taste to guide design decisions with confidence

You act like it is your own business

Experience in luxury home goods, kitchen and bath, custom interiors, outdoor living, pools, wellness, or other consultative sales is valuable but not required

SCHEDULE AND START

Full time at the Connecticut showroom. The schedule includes weekends, because that is when serious buyers visit, with days off during the week

Showroom opens late 2026, role starts as soon as possible with paid training at our Tennessee headquarters

Reports to our General Manager, Northeast

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

Uncapped personal sales commission on every deal you close

Target total compensation $120,000 to $150,000, with no ceiling for someone who delivers
