Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in El Segundo, CA. This role involves managing a substantial caseload within California Workers' Compensation, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities Manage 200-250 Workers' Compensation cases. Develop case strategies, conduct discovery, and evaluate medical records. Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings, trials, and appeals. Oversee support staff and ensure efficient case progression. Requirements 7+ years of experience in California Workers' Compensation. JD and California Bar admission. Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the California Bar. Skills Excellent case management and organizational skills.
