Overview
CT Technologist - CT specialty needed for a travel assignment in Vail, Colorado. Start date is 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours are 32 per week with a 3x12-hour night shift (7:00 pm-7:00 am). Weekly pay ranges from $1,983 to $2,064 per week. Work setting is a short-term acute care environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging using the CT scanner, following physician orders and established protocols.
- Position patients and selection of appropriate scanning protocols to optimize image quality.
- Administer or coordinate contrast agents as required, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and ensure IV access when needed.
- Ensure image quality and proper documentation; review images for artifacts and repeat scans only as necessary.
- Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; monitor equipment performance and room readiness.
- Collaborate with radiologists and department staff to deliver timely, accurate diagnostic information.

Requirements
- ARRT CT certification
- ARRT Radiography (R) certification
- BLS certification
- CAPS credentialing requirement; apply ASAP. May take up to two weeks to obtain. For questions, contact the Colorado CAPS coordination as indicated in the credentialing guidance.
- Ability to work the listed shift (7:00 pm-7:00 am) in a short-term acute care setting
