Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle searches, driving each search from initiation to placement.
- Build client partnerships by keenly understanding their hiring needs and cultural fit.
- Implement strategic sourcing via our proprietary systems and your established network, utilizing advanced communication tools.
- Utilize our advanced platform to streamline candidate management, track outreach, and automate follow-ups.
- Focus on permanent placements to foster long-term relationships and maximize your commissions.
- Share your insights as we elevate our collective brands.

Your ideal profile includes:
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

- Proficient in managing client relationships and adept at closing offers.
- Comfortable with ATS/CRM software; training on ours will be provided.
- An entrepreneurial spirit keen on nurturing long-term aspirations.
