Team Member

Focused on providing every customer with a great experience, team members at the restaurant can offer service and hospitality throughout the restaurant, including front and back of the house and drive-thru. Summary of Duties:

Team members are crucial team members of Chick-fil-A. Team members are assigned to a specific station or stations on a given day. Team members are expected to perform their work well and behave professionally at all times. Team members execute systems that follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures. Team members must provide a "NOTABLE" experience to guests and strive to create surprisingly fast service. They are proactive in anticipating guest needs and team needs.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate practical knowledge of Chick-fil-A processes and procedures

Provide guests with efficient and courteous service

Perform tasks at a pace that can keep up with business demands

Prepare, assemble, and serve products to food stations

Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence.

Ensure a clean and pleasant environment for guests

Expert ability to demonstrate a genuine and positive attitude

Arrive on time for the scheduled shift

Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance and professional attire

Download supplies from delivery trucks and place them in the appropriate storage area

Maintain a hygienic and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, and cleaning equipment

Stock products and supplies

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old at the date of hire

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a reliable source of transportation

Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigation shelves both high and low

Basic reading, writing, and math skills and verbal communication required

Work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments

Mobility required during shifts

Must perform well under pressure

Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
