Competitive pay based on experience
Provide back up to current Couriers when on vacation. Responsible for the secure, timely, and direct delivery of packages, documents, and other high-priority items between SMB branches in accordance with the schedule. Maintain bank premises for a clean and safe environment.
Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Deliver and pick up work between the branches according to the schedule.
Secure all bank material in a locked vehicle when leaving the vehicle.
Service or schedule service for bank vehicles according to the guidelines established.
Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor relating to the bank and its functions.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to maintain a schedule and be on time.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks based upon business needs.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to bend, twist, lift frequently while loading and unloading vehicles, and be able to navigate stairs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
