Supervise and manage table games operations, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and company policies Report any discrepancies or irregular activities from the floor to the Casino Shift Manager Resolve and record table disputes, incidents, and violations Maintain table floats, ensuring fills and credits are placed on designated tables Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of integrity, accuracy, and customer service excellence Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluation More about you 5+ years’ table games experience, including 1 year as an inspector, and experience as a Pit Manager Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate in food safety or willing to obtain Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail High level of speed and accuracy in decision-making and operations Proficiency in computer systems, numeracy, literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills NT Casino Operative License or able to obtain At Delaware North Australia & New Zealand, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
