Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a Level III Trauma Center, with experience in OR imaging and proficiency with O-arm and Cios Spin equipment required.

Details

• Level III Trauma Center hospital setting
• X-Ray unit supporting trauma activations, emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient services
• Procedures include routine, emergency, and trauma radiographic exams, OR imaging, and fluoroscopy under radiologist guidance
• Equipment includes O-arm and Cios Spin
• Documentation performed in EMR and PACS systems
• 4x10 night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• On-call assignments required, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program required
• Proficiency with O-arm and Cios Spin equipment required
• Experience in OR imaging required
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams per physician orders and established protocols
• Provide imaging support across trauma, ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Perform and document basic fluoroscopy under radiologist guidance
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions promptly
• Facility conducts a mandatory drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid all products that could produce a positive result, including CBD
• Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
