Duties Supervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote an exceptional guest experience Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift staffing needs Support kitchen management by supervising food production, food handling, and ensuring timely service Monitor restaurant performance metrics to meet operational goals related to sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick‑service or casual dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, team management, and conflict resolution Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure health regulations are met Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant setting Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience in hospitality management or assistant management roles is highly desirable Join us as a Shift Leader if you're ready to energize your career in a fast‑paced environment where your leadership makes a difference!
