Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Covington, GA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts with guaranteed 36 hours, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience, preferably in orthopedics. The position involves working with a diverse patient population and may require floating to other clinics as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Maintain productivity expectations with a goal of 60 patient visits per week.
• Manage patient caseload effectively, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
• PTA applicants are also accepted.
