Press Brake Operator Geater Machining & Manufacturing, located in Independence, IA, is looking for a talented individual to join our team. As a full-time Press Brake Operator at GMM, you will work with state‑of‑the‑art technology and cutting‑edge equipment in a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities include analyzing work orders, blueprints, and workpieces; operating machines as required; checking parts throughout the production run with measuring equipment to monitor quality; verifying conformance to specifications; and accurately filling out work order routers with correct quantities of good and scrap parts. You must efficiently use various tools and make adjustments on the fly while maintaining precise manufacturing standards. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Self‑motivated, willing to learn and grow, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
