Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group practice with over 650 providers, currently seeking full-time Family Medicine physicians for our 12th Ave. Clinic. We are looking for dedicated physicians who embrace a collaborative, team-oriented approach to healthcare and are committed to delivering high-quality primary care with compassion, addressing the needs of the body, mind, and spirit. The work schedule follows a traditional clinic format, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 hours dedicated to patient contact.

Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to engage in the following activities:

• Overseeing one or more nurse practitioners
• Conducting house calls
• Collaborating with a clinic-based pharmacist and social worker
• Participating in contractual incentives that recognize quality care and positive patient outcomes
• Educating healthcare professionals
• Leading community-based educational sessions for patients and their families
• Engaging in daily interactions with a team of like-minded healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
• Current registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
