Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices. \n
- Provide individualized, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client's goals. \n
- Deliver crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and promoting stabilization through expert handling and guiding principles. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all ethical and legal standards. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients by integrating various therapeutic modalities and community resources. \n
- Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options, advocating for their needs and empowering them with knowledge. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and keep abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and research in the mental health field to enhance your practice. \n
Our clientele comprises individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will work to establish a therapeutic alliance, promoting a safe space for clients to share their experiences while you impart the necessary tools to navigate their challenges effectively.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to accurately identify client needs and formulate treatment plans. \n
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with clients and team members alike. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
