Be part of something new. We're opening an exciting new pizza restaurant and looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who brings energy, expertise, and leadership to the heart of our kitchen. If you’re a BOH pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building and leading a high-performing team, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead all kitchen operations: prep, production, food quality, and line execution
· Manage and mentor BOH team members; oversee training and scheduling
· Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
· Control food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering
· Work directly with ownership to develop and improve kitchen systems
· Be a key player in building a positive, professional kitchen culture from day one
What You Bring:
· 5+ years of back-of-house restaurant experience (pizza or high-volume preferred)
· Proven leadership in a kitchen manager or sous chef role
· Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
· Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
· Ability to lead, train, and motivate BOH staff
· Food Safety Certification and experience with health inspections
· Reliable, driven, organized, and passionate about great food
