You’ll guide applicants through training, background checks, required documentation, orientation, and other onboarding requirements while making sure they feel supported every step of the way. This is a Monday–Friday position with at least two days per week required in office . Employment Advisors are expected to provide in-person support and rotate between our Chandler and Phoenix office locations , so flexibility to work at both locations is essential. What You’ll Do: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including scheduling training, background checks, and required documentation Explain company policies & procedures Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements Provide responsive in-person and virtual support throughout the hiring and onboarding process Partner closely with supervisors to meet staffing needs What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service and follow-through. Must be available to work Monday-Friday in an office setting Must be available to travel and rotate between the Chandler and Phoenix office locations 2+ years’ experience in HR, onboarding/hiring process, customer service, recruiting or related field Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for a DPS fingerprint card Why Arion Care?
