We are the Legal Contracting Group and we manage multiple Selling and Servicing Single Family Contracts as well as multiple process and projects for the Single-Family Law Department.Your Impact:This role will include the following job responsibilities:Responsible for administering contractual documents and business rules that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners. Works with Sales and Customer Service Teams as well as Legal to structure and generate final contracts. Review contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications, and other requirements and ensure final contract matches approved terms of business. Analyzes contracts, associated contract maintenance requests, and new products and initiatives for impacts to systems that support delivery and ensure that associated system rules and parameters are updated accordingly to support the final contracted terms.Facilitates problem resolution of the production of negotiated contracts and data/systems issues associated with negotiated delivery terms in various systems.Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $143,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
