Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
• Apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Patient education and documentation
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
