Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Naperville is looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Customer Service & Design Associate. You will work directly with customers who need custom shirts, uniforms, team apparel, business apparel, gifts, and event items. You will help customers choose products and decoration methods, create or adjust simple artwork, enter orders accurately, and keep projects moving from idea to pickup.

R esponsibilities :

•Welcome customers and learn what they are trying to make, who it is for, how many items they need, and when they need them.

•Recommend garments, colors, decoration methods, and options that fit the customer’s artwork, quantity, budget, and deadline.

•Provide simple design help, such as text layout, resizing, cleanup, color changes, background removal, and placement adjustments.

•Work efficiently during the store’s free 15-minute design service when the project is appropriate for a quick consultation.

•Build or update simple layouts and prepare artwork for production using the store’s approved process.

•Create proofs or mockups for customer review and obtain clear approval before production.

•Enter orders correctly, including garment type, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, placement, decoration method, price, and due date.

•Communicate honestly when a request needs more design time, a different decoration method, a different garment, or a later deadline.

•Follow up with customers and coworkers so orders do not stall.

•Keep artwork files, customer information, work areas, displays, and sample materials organized.

•Learn the basic differences between DTG, screen printing, embroidery, heat press, vinyl, and direct-to-film printing.

•Support store operations, including answering calls, responding to customer messages, taking payments according to store procedures, receiving or organizing merchandise, and preparing completed orders for pickup.

This is not a full-time studio graphic-design position. Most projects are practical customer orders. You may work from a customer’s idea, logo, image, or text and make it usable for apparel. Some projects will be quick. Others will need more time, a proof, or help from another team member. The goal is to create a good customer solution that can be produced accurately and on time.
