Marketing Liaison

The Marketing Liaison owns referral development for Executive Home Care of Newtown across all of Bucks County. The role plans and runs the company's territory marketing strategy: choosing which referral channels and accounts to target, building relationships with the professionals who advise families on care decisions, representing the company in the community, and turning those relationships into a steady flow of new private-pay, long-term care insurance, and Veterans-benefit clients. The Liaison works directly with the Owner and has substantial independence in how the territory is developed. Executive Home Care provides non-medical in-home care. The Liaison does not provide hands-on care, conduct clinical assessments, or set client pricing; client intake, assessment, and service agreements are handled by the Owner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Territory Strategy & Planning (approx. 20%) Develop, own, and execute an annual and quarterly Bucks County marketing plan, including target referral segments, priority accounts, event calendar, and activity goals, subject to Owner approval Analyze referral-source performance, market coverage, and competitor presence; independently re-prioritize outreach to underperforming or underpenetrated segments (e.g., memory care) Recommend and manage the territory marketing budget for events, sponsorships, and educational programs 2. Referral Relationship Development (approx. 45%) Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with hospital and rehab discharge planners and case managers, elder law and estate attorneys, financial advisors, long-term care insurance professionals, Veterans service officers, senior living communities, hospice organizations, and physician practices Convert existing and new professional relationships into active, recurring referral sources Reactivate dormant referral relationships and expand presence in underpenetrated segments Serve as the company's primary point of contact for referral partners; resolve partner concerns and coordinate hand-offs to the Owner for client intake 3. Community Education & Brand Representation (approx. 20%) Design and deliver educational "door-opener" presentations (e.g., aging in place, paying for care with long-term care insurance and VA benefits, technology in senior care) at senior living communities, partner sites, and professional groups Represent Executive Home Care at community events, health fairs, chamber functions, and professional networking events Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with franchise brand standards and applicable consumer-protection and privacy requirements Record all outreach, referral activity, and pipeline status in the company CRM on a timely and accurate basis Report weekly to the Owner on activity, referrals, conversions, and territory priorities Protect client and prospect information in accordance with company confidentiality policies and HIPAA privacy practices

YEAR-ONE SUCCESS MEASURES

Specific targets will be set in a written Year-One Performance Plan within the first 90 days. Measures will include: Number of active referral partners generating referrals each month New client starts sourced from Liaison-attributed referral sources Referral-to-start conversion rate and reactivation of dormant referral partners Outreach activity and CRM completeness

QUALIFICATIONS — REQUIRED

3+ years of outside sales, business development, or community liaison experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare referral-based sales An established, active network of referral relationships in the Bucks County senior care and healthcare community A documented record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales goals Strong presentation, public speaking, and relationship-management skills Disciplined use of a CRM for pipeline and activity tracking Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle insured at or above company-required minimum liability limits Based in or within reasonable commuting distance of Bucks County Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field Working knowledge of long-term care insurance and VA Aid & Attendance benefits Experience with home care or healthcare CRM platforms

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

The duties above are performed mainly in the field, in the offices of referral partners, at senior living communities, and at community events. The role requires regular driving throughout Bucks County; standing and speaking for extended periods during presentations and events; and occasionally lifting and carrying marketing materials and event displays of up to 25 pounds. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary paid bi-weekly, based on experience and network strength Uncapped commission on revenue from new clients sourced through Liaison-attributed referral sources, per the written Commission Plan Monthly car allowance Eligibility for the company group medical plan (premiums 100% employee-paid through pre-tax payroll deduction) 80 hours (two weeks) of paid time off per calendar year 401(k) plan and Health Savings Account planned; eligibility subject to plan terms

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Employment is contingent on satisfactory completion of: a Pennsylvania State Police criminal history check (and FBI fingerprint check if the candidate has not been a Pennsylvania resident for the prior two consecutive years) as required of home care agency employees under the Older Adults Protective Services Act; a motor vehicle record check; proof of current auto insurance; and reference checks. Background checks are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Pennsylvania's Criminal History Record Information Act. The successful candidate must also sign the company's Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
