Requirements Bartender is a key part of the Tacos & Tequila Cantina experience, delivering exceptional hospitality while crafting high-quality beverages that keep guests coming back. This role combines beverage expertise, guest engagement, and responsible alcohol service to create a fun and memorable atmosphere at the bar and throughout the restaurant. What You'll Do: Create Memorable Guest Experiences Welcome guests with a friendly, energetic, and engaging attitude. Provide attentive service that exceeds guest expectations. Build genuine connections with guests while creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. Help ensure every guest leaves with an exceptional dining and bar experience. Craft & Serve Great Beverages Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards. Maintain extensive knowledge of our signature margaritas, cocktails, tequilas, beer selections, and menu offerings. Make recommendations and guide guests through beverage and menu selections. Ensure drinks are prepared accurately, efficiently, and consistently. Practice Responsible Alcohol Service Verify guest identification and comply with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws. Complete required food handler and alcohol awareness certifications. Monitor guest consumption and responsibly serve alcohol. Politely refuse service when required by law or company policy. Support Restaurant Operations Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system functions. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Work collaboratively with servers, food runners, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations. Be a Brand Ambassador Represent Tacos & Tequila Cantina with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Demonstrate our T.A.C.O. core values in every interaction.
