Company Description

Deliver With Care, Inc. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of the Milpitas Location. Our goal is to provide reliable and efficient delivering service to Amazon customers while focused on safety, teamwork and employee recognition and growth. We are building a team of highly engaged and responsible delivery associates who will grow and work together as a family. We are looking for full time employees and will work with you to achieve your goals both within and outside of your delivery associate role by providing flexible scheduling and wrap-around support. Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Pack and load products onto vans according to the company's specifications
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle
Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
Lift packages up to 50 pounds
Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Eligible to work in the US
At least 21 years of age
Valid California Driver's License

Preferred Qualities

Possess a positive and professional attitude
Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
Team player and leadership skills
Prior experience in delivery, operation, and customer service
