Become a part of a physician-led health organization situated in a suburban area connecting three major cities: Dayton, Indianapolis, and Cincinnati. Many of our physicians reside in either Dayton, OH, or Indianapolis, IN.

Oncology Practice Overview

Comprises a team of 3 Oncologists and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), along with 2 Radiation Oncologists.
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology is required.
Equipped with 12 Exam Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms.
Average patient load of 18-20 per day.
Practice composition: 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient.
Onsite Cancer Center available.
Utilizes EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary according to MGMA standards, plus $40,000 in value-based incentives.
Sign-on bonus of $60,000.
Student loan repayment assistance offered.
Generous paid time off totaling 35 days, excluding holidays.
Visa sponsorship available.
All newly hired physicians receive a complimentary country club membership for recreational and social activities!
